The Tarantino Law Firm, LLP continues its pursuit to offer clients zealous advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom. Our most recent step to continue to meet this goal involves the addition of three attorneys to our team. We welcome Erica R. Gasiewicz, Justina L. Potenzo and Jacob A. Piorkowski to our expanding team of skilled attorneys. Each of these lawyers bring the education and experience necessary to offer outstanding representation and service to our clients.
We are proud to announce that our firm employees donated the most toys for the 2013 Yuletide Challenge Toy Drive in the medium-sized firm category. The drive collects toys for children involved in abuse and neglect proceedings and is run by the Young Lawyers Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County. Thank you to all of those who donated!

July 26, 2013 marked the 23rd anniversary of the passage of the Americans With Disabilities Act (the "ADA"). The landmark legislation, which was signed into law by President George H.W. Bush on July 26, 1990, is one of America's most comprehensive pieces of civil rights legislation. The ADA is an "equal opportunity" law for people with disabilities which prohibits discrimination and guarantees that people with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else to participate in the mainstream of American life - to enjoy employment opportunities and use of public services such as transportation, guaranteeing access to public accommodations such as restaurants, stores, hotels and other types of buildings to which the public has access, and participating in State and local government programs and services.
Attorney Brian Weidner recently presented as a faculty member for a Continuing Legal Education Video Webcast for the National Business Institute entitled "Medical Malpractice: Expert Witness Issues." Mr. Weidner's Topic was "Daubert Challenges, Testimony and Case Screening."
